Consistent and comprehensive two way communication; Outstanding employee engagement; Regular open discussions with all senior leadership. Everything they do seems 100% focused on our customers and our people.

Cons

Many roles are effective working from home year around, not just during current situation. May not have that opportunity afterwards. This would be a big positive.
