Pay and benefits only there is not much else

Cons

Do not work here they are always restructuring and laying off people. They run lean so you are doing more then 1 persons job maybe even 3. Management is very narrow minded and plus favoritism

Systems NEVER work. Manual process that should be automated. You'll be doing the work of at least 3 people. Clueless leadership. No clear and concise training. Lack of morale. Not working overtime is frowned upon. Way too many unproductive team meetings. Nobody knows what their doing.
