Pros

There were none other than an entry point to retail banking.

Cons

Pay is embarrassing. Driven to sell while not caring about clients needs. Terrible work environment with lots of egos.

Pros

CIBC hires largest number of co-op students as compared to all other banks which gives excellent opportunity to students to gain experience.

Cons

Just one that as there are lot of co-op students there becomes a big competition to get the full time permanent role.

Pros

Pretty early one to give an in depth review, but it's been solid, so far. I'm in a great team, with a manager who's easy to deal with, when the occasion requires it.

Cons

Nothing of significance, this early in.
