Cons

Asking you to bite the bullets all the times, high pressure for sale target goal. Smarties find the loopholes and workaround, get promoted, and jump to other banks.

free coffee in the break room downtown location nice co-workers office admin experience and the ability to take on more responsibility if you want

Cons

I very much felt like a contract worker, which is a bit disheartening if you want a job where no one pays attention to you and you have long period of time with nothing to do then sign up for an office admin contract with CIBC
