      Hiring lots of new graduates, great step into financial field. If you are good at sales, you probably have a chance to be promoted.

      Cons

      Asking you to bite the bullets all the times, high pressure for sale target goal. Smarties find the loopholes and workaround, get promoted, and jump to other banks.
