- Work life balance (remote or hybrid work) - Training and support - Team (at least the one I had) - Stability - Salary - Benefits - Management (from my personal experience)

Cons

- Soul-draining work - Difficult customers - Culture feels like a brainwash - Management (not my experience, but one of my colleagues was heavily targeted by management and almost literally pushed out of her role)
