Pros

Few good benefits. 3-week vacation + 1 week non-paid vacation

Cons

Very cheap corporation. Makes you work for 3 people. At the same time they thank for results, they move the dept. to a warehouse to lower costs. Senior management looks like has no clue about the operations, or prefers to ignore it. Junior management reads positive thinking phrases on morning meetings to motivate the overloaded staff. Prefers to check desks cleanliness to face/solve the real problems. Management relays on gossip to evaluate work individually. No yearly adjustments by inflation (yes, every year you make less money). Complaints if you get sick. No great career opportunities in Montreal.

Pros

Helping people is the most satisfying part of the job.

Cons

Too sales driven, so many different processes and systems that are always changing that nobody really knows what is going on. You have to convince the client that you aren't an idiot while navigating these buggy systems and disjointed processes. Do not trust anything a manager says unless it's in writing. Leads are over dialed in most branches, some clients are called every six weeks. I had to put myself on their do not call list.
