The office building is nice downtown toronto

Cons

Horrible team members - most of them don't know what they're talking about and pushing work around constantly without anything tangible actually happening. Old technology - horrible remote culture.

Easy work with clients, and stable job through recessions

Cons

Overworked and abysed with excessive overtime of 2-3 hours unpaid past 7.5hrs paid per day on salary is common year round. Dramatically underpaid even 5 years into my career with only low $50,000 salary total despite making the company insanely high profits year over year. CIBC is not a company I would recommend to work for or do your career path with due to the excessively low pay in most roles.

Work from home and even that’s changing to hybrid and will eventually change to in office as per management Basic salary A place to work

Cons

Management is biased and changes twice a year so no employee management relationship Some managers are way over the top mean and straight up racist
