Overworked and Dramatically Underpaid - Financial Services Representative II CIBC Employee Review

Overworked and abysed with excessive overtime of 2-3 hours unpaid past 7.5hrs paid per day on salary is common year round. Dramatically underpaid even 5 years into my career with only low $50,000 salary total despite making the company insanely high profits year over year. CIBC is not a company I would recommend to work for or do your career path with due to the excessively low pay in most roles.
