-Salary doesn't move with the cost of living -Not having access to the required systems to do the work -Unrealistic job expectations from management in terms of what it take to get the job done

Women are nasty to other women People in charge who are clueless but are sycophants and keep their jobs Good work is not recognized but cozying up to higher ups is Poor benefits and low pay Time consuming processes that do not add anything but paperwork People hire friends so the same useless people remain in charge HIGH burnout and turnover rates
