Pros

Good benefits, employee shares, free employee bank accounts

Cons

Staff at the branch level are treated poorly, improper training methodologies, some of the bank managers are themselves not aware of changing technology (i actually helped my own assistant branch manager set up online banking because she had no idea how to do it), poor pay, unrealistic targets, forced overtime

Cons

Rewards for sales goals are so minimal it can act as a disincentive. Impersonal communications from upper management.
