Very limited growth opportunities, they don't care about their employees since it is a call centre, they expect the turnover rate to be high

Great office, good environment, good salary and perks

Cons

no team unity, boring place to work, most of the places do not have seats for teller to work, not specific about transaction coming in or going specially related to ML. Any transaction can be done without punching pin with teller
