Pros

Its a good place to meet people and gain experience. The benefits are good the pay is below some other FI's for the similar position. The employees are generally good to work with.

Cons

Its a good place to start out but then you should jump to a more stable bank in terms of terminations. They over hire and let go of people, risk department is a joke, clients are nothing but numbers are the employees. The management is sub-par and get promoted due to the fact that the capable people leave to other banks and the left over moves up. Poor senior management in leadership direction.
