Pros

Relaxed working environment, good health benefits from day one! good employee rates for banking services and loans

Cons

I don't find the working environment very supportive of employee improvement! They don't care if you are talented or not, you must work in a specific job position for a specific time before they would raise you.

Pros

It's a good entry-level place to begin your career in financial services as clientele is very diverse; offers good exposure in terms of dealing and resolving banking concerns.

Cons

Internal recruitment process can feel very heavy. They expect and put a lot more pressure on you when hiring internally compared to external candidates.
