Cons

Foreign exchange benefit for employees is worse than most exchange places in malls. Limited movement within the first year, even for students who graduate they usually block you from moving to your newly relevant field. Hard to get covered when away

I've been working with CIBC for just over a year now and its an excellent place to work! Great benefits, amazing co workers, awesome recognition programs! Overall a great place to work.

Cons

I feel as a younger person working there that they make it a little harder to climb up in the ranks, it might just be my personal opinion, or it might just be me considering my location only has so many spots but that's my only con.
