Pros

Compensation… for those at the top

Cons

Long hours, exhausting work expectation. People work incredibly long hours, but accomplish very little. The goal seems to be to find the next person to assign failure to. I would have given a negative star to this company, unfortunately, Glassdoor doesn’t provide an option where companies undermine their people and burn them out. If your looking at this company and you feel its a good fit… it probably will be for a short time. Unless your willing to spend half your time looking for someone to assign failure to, and constantly waiting for the next person to make that person you. You might want to look elsewhere. This company is like a drug dealer, they give you a taste (good salary), then they incrementally corrupt your soul. I have seen people leave this company and need 6+ months of down time to get their head on straight (if your lucky).

Pros

Not many good things to say

Cons

Poor pay, management is awful, management will talk you into quitting (literally, this happened). You will be a target if you do your job. You will be blamed for things other team members are responsible for if they are management favorites. No work life balance - I was logging about 50hrs per week and still not getting my work done. They add more work to your plate but don't give you a raise and then take away OT which requires you to skip a lunch break or get in trouble for not getting work done. This place is toxic. Don't work here

Pros

Work from home and the flexibility that came with it used to be a benefit, but now we’re required to work so many hours that there’s no time savings versus having a commute. I spend more time working from home than I would if I were working a standard 40 hours a week plus the commute time to and from the office.

Cons

The workload is enormous. Especially since we have outsourced some of our work to a third party. With this outsourcing, the amount of time that would be saved by our teams was drastically overestimated, and even though we are not receiving the expected time savings from this third party, we are being forced to staff our teams as though we are. Positions have been eliminated through attrition and we have not been allowed to fill these positions. Instead we are expected to work long hours (50+ hours a week every week) to complete tasks for our clients. Senior leadership is oblivious to our comments about this situation, as this has gone on for months now and they are not addressing it. We continue to lose good employees, which further compounds the problem because not only is our workload too much, but we are now also having to train brand new people at the same time.
