      Deceptive employment practices

      Zero positive experiences with this company

      While employed with them I agreed to assist in office management for the Dallas location (my title was coordinator the entire time). I readily agreed to this extra work as I was assured that in January 2025 I’d receive a title change and a significant raise from my director herself. When it came time for her to provide the previously agreed upon title and compensation I was informed my performance did not deserve this yet I never received any notice of wrong doing or write ups the entire time I was in this interim assistance role. Bait and switch tactics seem to be the bread and butter amongst the department leaders at the Dallas location. Watch out for the office spies as those two will do anything to look good.

      Absolutely terrible management...

      Pros

      Free snacks and coffee. Interesting projects within brokerage teams.

      Cons

      Lower management is toxic. They micromanage employees and treat them like they are incompetent children. NO annual bonuses from the company - which is abysmal compared to competing RE companies. Brokers are brokers: crass, disrespectful, homophobic, racist, misogynistic, etc, etc, etc.
