      - Occasionally extremely high-volume workload - No flexibility for hybrid/WFH, although other team members have this luxury - Difficult to work with team members - Expected to work overtime - Expectations change between different team members - Workaholic environment - Bonus amount is dependent on other team members performance (sometimes good, sometimes bad)

      Your happiness depends on the contract you're hired for. CBRE, the company, seemed to be pretty good, but the company I was contracted to work for was not good at managing their resources (people and money). Also, my supervisor had no idea how to manage or lead.
