Pros

Quick recruitment process - though now it makes sense why!

Cons

The structure was very convoluted and as a result the volume of work was intense due to the lack of accountability within more established teams. Every month end there were more responsibilities that were added that supposedly should be part of our team remit. There was high turnover within my section alone over a period of 6 months. It's the typical corporate environment you want to avoid. I've wiped it off my CV and after this review, from memory too.

I suppose its nice the checks dont bounce

Cons

Company has little sense of loyalty, departments will work with competitors that provide same services that CBRE purchased then didn't provide direction for groups to work together.
