      Solid company growing very quickly. Very structured and organized. Good communication with my managers. The company has paid for and encourages training.

      Cons

      I'm on my 4th manager. There has been a lot of restructuring over the last five years. There seems to be a push towards outsourcing. There is a new open seating setup in the office and I don't like not having my own space.
