I haven't had any positive experiences within the company over the last 4 years. I stay due to my age, don't want to start a new job. Over-worked and very under-paid

Cons

Experience a lot of Workplace Incivility; when discussed with upper management treatment got worse. I dread going to work, it is down right depressing. My direct manager has his favorites; it is well know, everyone else is a second thought to his day

#1 in the commercial real estate industry in terms of closing deals

Cons

HR does not say "no" to the business when a request, from a system perspective, is simply impossible OR would translate into endless hours of work by its employees to accomplish. Instead, they pile more and more onto the staff and expect to NOT have turnover. Due to EEO regulations, the HR dept is run from a CYA mode of operation. You spend more time documenting why you are / are not doing something than actually doing it.

Brand exposure ,Fortune 500 list which you plz dont think of starting your career in this company . Good colleagues ,The problem is they also know that things aren't going well . But only bcuz of the brand .

Cons

Inexperienced seniors I.e no market knowledge .No support from the company Even a web portal support nor a Leads support . Literally no idea about real estate market . The division is treated as a complete different from The CBRE . No sign of growth in the next 3 yrs . Hell lot of procedures if you have to claim some money .
