It was amazing to witness how mid level management openly show contempt and hostility to those they do not like. They would advertise your job that you have been doing for several years and then tell you that you will need to interview with external candidates after you have found your job on the internet and let them know you have seen it. Even going as far as to tell you to put up, shut up or get out!!! There is no such thing as a work/life balance as you will be doing several jobs and expected to do it all in 8 hours. God forbid that you incur any overtime while doing the job of two, three or even four people. Management do not care, and they make this quite obvious! The cons could go on and on!

More focus on the negative instead of the positive. Extremely difficult for supervisors to move past any mistakes that are made. Compensation is the ugly word that no one wants to talk about but most employees continue to stress the importance of this topic.
