Good workforce. Good team work ethic

Cons

Poor almost non-existent management. Running and co-ordination of work load left to office assistant. Manager has no interest in problems facing his direct reports. Absolutely no management support for personnel in face of increased working demands from client. When questioned as to increase in work load with a decrease in allowable time to complete task the managers only comment was 'the client is always right'? Poor morale with most of the team actively looking for other employment.
