      - Pay is competitive with other Fortune 500 companies - Great work life balance - The Company does a good job of connecting with other company accounts

      Cons

      - Benefits package needs to be worked on, not the greatest healthcare - Diversity is a company aspect that is lacking, there are very few minorities

      Pros

      I like the CBRE gives you chance to grow and develop you in terms of in house trainings. However if the training is not suitable to their needs they wont invest. Like you are doing admin but you actually would like to be and engineer they wont do it.

      Cons

      This company needs flexible working hours, desperately to attract more good people. They also needs to get rid of the one which are waste of space and just taking money. HR needs to approve also. Double standard are common in this company so be aware your managers are not to look up to. Benefits are poor, not even Xmas party for branches which are away from London.
