Pros

Great team ethic and immediate line manager is a respected, professional and likeable guy. If you work hard you can get the rewards you deserve. You need to do what needs to be done when it needs doing and often means going the extra mile.

Cons

Immediate line manager easily overidden by his director with no regard for team moral or work ethics. Bit of a boys club with a strong drinking culture and depends on who your mates are as to how far you will get. Not always clear with the finances that you are responsible for which sometimes differ from your own P&L.

Cons

Valuations team - Gurgaon Sad state of affairs - Pathetic work culture High attrition rate The people Senior Consultants and above are highly unprofessional and lack a proper way to conduct themselves in the professional world. Highly egoistic management Favoritism prevails Some younger people have been promoted too fast (just because they have been a part of the organization for more than 3-4 years). This leads to a lot of disparity amongst the professionals and these so called seniors lack what it takes to manage people effectively and efficiently. Rude and hostile work environment Team members feel demotivated
