Pros

As a Financial Analyst for this company, I have had the opportunity to work with a great team and gain valuable experience in financial analysis and reporting. The company provides a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters professional growth and development. One of the best things about this job is the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and interact with different departments. This has allowed me to broaden my knowledge base and learn new skills.

Cons

The workload can be heavy at times, especially during peak periods. This can lead to long hours and high stress levels. The company can be slow to make decisions and implement changes, which can be frustrating for those who are looking to move quickly. There is a lot of pressure to meet deadlines and produce accurate and detailed reports, which can be challenging for those who are new to the role. Overall, I would recommend this job to anyone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in financial analysis. While there are some downsides, the benefits and opportunities for growth far outweigh any negatives.

Pros

If you need a job you won’t get fired, but if you are white, you won’t get hired anyway.

Cons

Every year bonuses and increases are less and less even though company profits are higher and higher. DE&I is the core hiring practice and employees leave after about 6 mos for the most part. Pressure is high on both the company and client side pushing employees to quit pretty regularly and without notice. Pay is always the reason they leave. CBRE doesn’t pay and doesn’t care about inflation or cost of living. They hire horrible managers and VP’s and everyone above Director is a Woke Democrat.

Pros

You learn a lot about complex systems. Get to work with really nice and knowledgeable stakeholders

Cons

Terrible management structure. No team chemistry. Leadership does not care about your growth, or support you in any way. Little to no training, lack of understanding of the importance of team dynamics and talent retention from management, overwhelming work with no support and lazy managers that do nothing but delegate work to senior auditors.
