      - Good Healthcare - Lots of company events - Ability to move from different locations easily

      Cons

      - Pay rate is low - Corporate Higherups have an "In my day, people were just happy to have a job" mentality - Moving up rarely happens on merit but on convenience. - Clients are basically the bloodline of the company. Meaning that your fate is determined by if you have a good site client. They don't vet clients well to see if the clients will actually take care of the people who they assign to manage the property.

      I have nothing to share that is positive.

      If working at a company where your manager can make up whatever negative comments they want to say about you and your performance, even when you've gone above and beyond to exceed all expectations and your coworkers speak incredibly fondly of you, look no further. I've never been abused by a manager in the workplace before working at CBRE. If you want to be devalued, abused, and threatened maliciously CBRE is the workplace for you. What I imagine it must have been like working for a bunch of N-zi's, the experience was brutal, toxic, disturbing and my manager may very well be suffering from borderline personality disorder.
