Great company - problem with management

Pros

Booking.com is a great place to work at. Very smart coworkers, you can always learn something new, their testing culture is a very exciting part since there are always new things they are working at and the brand automatically opens doors.

Cons

In terms of benefits, they can improve massively. Booking benefit is good...if you spend the money to have the cashback. Also, there is a serious issue with HR and management as they are not looking at what is happening. Many managers are not good managers, but since the company numbers keep growing, they are not taking any actions or prefer to look the other way.
