Pros

Although a huge company, as a freelancer the lines with management are short and personal. Another big pro - the opportunities you get. Quality is awarded with new types of content, which keeps work very interesting and challenging.

Cons

The workload is rather unstable, which is no problem if you take this job as an extra income.

The team was quite nice and helpful. Got great support due to pain in wrists from working.

Cons

All focus was on quantity and less on quality.

Pros

Great work environment. Flexibility. Continuous improvement to retain our people.

Cons

Difficulties to grow up professionally speaking in a satellite office. Lack of investment in our satellite offices compared with the head quarters (mainly when talking about technology and brand).
