      It is a great company to start with and gradually grow.

      Cons

      It was quite difficult to grow through a vertical hierarchy. The glass ceiling is a reality.

      Good company if you are not from third part

      Good benefits, modern company, good colleagues, nice office, respectufull with people rights.

      Cons

      If you are not at the headquarters in the neatherlands, you don´t have many growing opportunities. They are solding their customer services center.
