Pros

good atmosphere, office and location. Good point to start a career

Cons

times and rotas are quite complex, growth possibilities within the company are small, basic salary is quite short

Great stop gap

Pros

- Free tea, coffee, fruit juice and fruit - Many colleagues - constant new faces too, you'll always find great friends - Huge variety of languages spoken

Cons

- Monotonous work - Unsocial working hours - rarely a weekend off - Business is focused more on money than on customer satisfaction - makes workers feel a bit seedy.

Hi Thanks for the review it is appreciated. Hopefully since you wrote this, you will have noticed some changes that have started to kick in. As well as the refurbishment that is well under way, the restructure that is coming in over the next few weeks should be better for our colleagues and our customers, that's why we are doing it. To your points, there will be more variety of work for colleagues as we train more colleagues across all the skills.. Pay will be better and more transparent and it absolutely gives us more flexibility to serve our customers better. Will it all happen over night, no it won't. Will everything go to plan, no it won't BUT over time it will be better for colleagues and therefore customers. Around 100 of your colleagues were involved in Focus groups to shape the new ways of working (you may have been one of them I don't know) but if you do have other suggestions I know the team are keen to hear them

Pros

The daily tasks provide an abundance of knowledge in regards hospitality and tourism customs and services, as well as geographic knowledge obtained working with cases from all over the world.

Cons

The only con I could think of is perhaps the pay/work balance
