Hi, Thanks for your review, we appreciate all feedback, even if it's not glowing, as it helps us to get better. The fact you say the interview was easy as a Pro hardly fills me with joy. However, since we launched our Values in December, we have reviewed all recruitment processes and although it is early days the feedback has been good. We want the experience to stand out to candidates whilst allowing us to identify only the very best candidates. What's really exciting is we have even more plans to launch over the next 6 months. With regards to Cons, you are right dealing with customers can be stressful but that is what we are all here for. Our job is to find solutions for customers when things go wrong. I'm not sure when you left us but the new structure and ways of working at Sunlight House are designed to help us achieve this. It is early days and major change like this takes time to bed in but that is absolutely what we will do. I wish you every success for the future and thanks again for your feedback Ryan

Little direction from Senior Managers

Pros

Friendly place to work, growing company, creative products, and

Cons

Goals are often unrealistic and there are factors outside of employees control that can impact them. Salary is low compared to similar roles in same industry, Senior Managers can do a better job of supporting and escalating issues internally to solve problems. There is a ceiling to growth as there are not many opportunities to move up unless people move or leave.
