Pros

When it comes to CS in the service industry (hotels & other accommodations) Booking.com is a good choice. The job itself can get taxing after a while, but there are no scripts to read from and no one breathing down your neck. It's a team-based atmosphere, where the job of everyone above you is to help you succeed.

Cons

It's a customer service job. People will call you while in a bad mood, or will want to tell you their life story, cutting into your productivity.
