Pros

Stability Decent salary Quarterly bonuses 25% discount on all the accommodation on Booking.co,

Cons

The company has been working alongside an outsourcing company that hires people that are either not qualified or not given enough training. This means that all the effort that you have put in will eventually most likely be mishandled by someone from the outsourcing company. When you speak up about this the management tells you to give a feedback. Nothing happens after you have given a number of feedbacks. After a while this becomes very frustrating and demotivating.
