The hours are very flexible compared to most jobs and the people there are very friendly and kind. However, see next section

Cons

the training is utterly crap. People move around so much that they are not there long enough to train people correctly

Exceptional benefits are offered to employees here and you get to work with some of the brightest individuals in this industry

Cons

It is very challenging to work anywhere that is tied to government funding to continue to operate so sometimes cuts are painful
