Pros

People are typically good to work with, if you put in the effort and advocate for yourself you can enjoy a career here - challenging and rewarding with opportunities to grow (emphasis on advocating for yourself, though)

Cons

Comp increases have been very low compared to prior years; performance management feedback is inconsistent and manager transparency is horrible. For several years now most employees don’t really trust even their immediate supervisor and it is showing in how we work with one another. Many people are now going through the motions and due to manager treatment in my area morale is at an all time low.

Pros

There are some really good people who work at Boeing if you are lucky enough to be in a great group. Moving between groups is advised. They have some of the best benefits outside of Silicon Valley.

Cons

Much of the senior leadership is out of touch. They say they want you speak up, but when you do you are told to stay in your lane. Sometimes the bureaucracy can be frustrating and to fix it, they make more.
