Good benefits and lots of opportunities to move around within the company.

Cons

So large that it's easy to get lost in the company. You are a number and not a person. Lots of bureaucratic red tape. Training videos for software engineers on the east coast that are about manufacturing processes specific to their Seattle factory ... really?

Cons

Terrible bureaucracy. Duplicate functions/inconsistent management. Non-performing employees often get a pass. Layoffs occur for reasons other than business setbacks.
