The teams and people working for Boeing are top notch. I've met some of the smartest people I've ever known at Boeing. The projects are cool to work on. You don't get to work on airplanes and their simulators in many places.

Cons

The only major con would be the pay. Boeing needs to start paying more if they want to retain their engineers for more than 2 years.
