      Pros

      - Super Fast paced career growth for high performers - Competitive salary - Can wear jeans everyday now - Modern looking office with plenty of conference rooms - Ability to move and relocate if a high performer to gain new experience - Direct interaction / visibility with upper management - Not many micro-managers as they trust you know what work needs to be done - If a high-performer should have no problem reaching Director level role in 7 - 10 years and a VP in 10 - 15 years

      Cons

      - No formal training other than the basics during on boarding - Due to no ideal training in new roles other than on the job training, you could feel a lot of the time if you are drinking from a fire hose - There is a ton of ambiguity in most roles except for maybe entry level, which does not fit everyone’s culture - There is not much hand holding / guidance so you need to adapt quickly or the stress will get you - You won’t always get immediately rewarded / recognized (only during merit if high performer) when you put in the time and hours to do good work so you need to be internally driven

      - Good challenging work at Tripwire (Belden) - Team mates are amazing and helpful. - Good learning opportunities. - Lot of good food & snacks

      Cons

      - No stocks despite being the part of public company. - Actual annual bonus percentage is typically less than 50% of target
