      great differentiated products, technologies, great fellow associates, lots of talent,

      Cons

      wall street quarterly driven, no patience, lack of confidence in org to perform, to many non-productive management initiatives, trend/program/initiative of the day, diverts time/attention from the customer, chose interesting acquisitions but poorly implemented, bought firms with existing or dying technology and let the brains (former management etc.) leave to soon, ESOP discontinued years ago, forgot the troops as senior management kept getting theirs....

      Pros

      The only pro is the decent salary and this is due to probably that they align with the American standards.

      Cons

      There are lot of cons though!!! Pay attention to the negative comments people post here, they are true!!! First, is very toxic environment (google toxic environment and they check off on all points), incompetent, poor educated employees, arrogant top brass, disruptive processes, lack of communications, resistance to change, ZERO VISION at all, boring activity, constant and repetitive issues with no questioning of the processes.
