      Pros

      Overall Belden is a good Industrial Manufacturer. Current CEO has done a fantastic job of diversifying the product portfolio, which has led to growth where other companies have suffered downturns. Very data driven.

      Cons

      The culture is still too internally focused, and not customer centric. Metrics are commonly based on what can easily be controlled vs what the customer wants to see. This isn't bad for the employees, but limits the growth of the company.

      Pros

      Received amazing and impactful projects that helped me develop professionally. Remained busy throughout the day Very friendly office space with free snacks and drinks Came from out of town and the company paid for my housing and utilities

      Cons

      Low base salary pay Month end is a very stressful time as extra hours may need to be worked to finish Outside of work social life is lacking

      Pros

      No pros. All negative outlook. Belden is not a place for growth or improvement. There is nothing I could or would say that would be positive.

      Cons

      Everything. Location is far from Toronto. Employees don't care and do what ever they want. Management staff will throw you under the bus without a second thought.
