      Flagship offices are nice spaces to work in

      Cons

      Where to start... Leadership poor. Headcount challenges mean minimal resources but pressure to deliver more. Senior roles filled by internal applicants with no appropriate experience. People not valued. Ugly culture of long hours, and slogging guts out for no gain. No clear direction from the top. Processes are outdated. They fill gaps with grads with no experience. Major diversity gap in the grad scheme in terms of socio-econonic backgrounds; largely recruiting the privileged. Morale is so slow and only going to get worse. If you have any sense, steer clear.

      My time with BT

      *** BT really knows how to take care of your employees be it BB reimbursement, Furniture reimbursement during the time of COVID *** It will make you feel home from day 1 (NHO, Culture training etc.) ***I have spent 7.5 years never it feels like a drag to work ***It also guarantees your job security COME WHAT MAY!

      Cons

      ***Compensation remains the only challenge with BT. Most of the people working are underpaid ***If you choose to leave BT due to compensation they won't hold you back (Will hire someone on the higher package externally but won't revise your compensation) ***People who don't deserve to be promoted - one fine day you will find yourself working for them. They will look down on you, ridicule you and make you feel that you are good for nothing!
