      not too bad salary, can work from home, free home broadband

      Cons

      heavy office politics, poor management, managers take the credits and give the blames. awful performance review, no way to move up in career development, fake and useless career development.

      Pros

      Trainers are good. Rest nothing.

      Cons

      Low salary package, poor management, HR is also playing a part of politics, senior management shows that they will help you but they just pretend and internally all play politics. Not an employee centric. Tell lies in every sphere. Not a good company to work with. Wasted my time with this company. I don't want to give 1 star as well but there is no other option.

      Pay, work life balance, car lease.

      Cons

      Poor strategy, local politics, vested interests, lack of technical leadership, no meritocracy, no rewards and recognition, taking credit for someone else's work, no good design projects, mostly off UK support work, no transport for night shift implementation, micro management amounting to 9 hours work, no parking space for employees, HR is clueless and out sourced. No empathy towards greviances.
