Lovely people on the whole, training opportunities in certain roles and.

Cons

Poor pay, senior management hell bent on paying less and less year on year, no financial rewards for development as new roles are within awful pay scales, none of the old benefits such as free shares available for past two years. A company on a slippery slope who used to pay well and give opportunities for progression but now just want to see how hard they can work staff for the lowest possible pay. Avoid.

- Overabundance of contractors. They make up over 75% of staff. - Low pay. 6 years of service and only £35k for a mid-level developer with no pay increases for 3 years. - Management is misguided and only cares about the MVP. No room for optimisation, exploration or improvement. - Performance oriented through and through. No humanity involved. - Anti-protest sentiment. - Upper Management only care about money. No actual knowledge of the projects or teams. - Misinformation is rampant.
