      - Large projects that are fun to work on

      Cons

      - Overabundance of contractors. They make up over 75% of staff. - Low pay. 6 years of service and only £35k for a mid-level developer with no pay increases for 3 years. - Management is misguided and only cares about the MVP. No room for optimisation, exploration or improvement. - Performance oriented through and through. No humanity involved. - Anti-protest sentiment. - Upper Management only care about money. No actual knowledge of the projects or teams. - Misinformation is rampant.

      Pros

      Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

      Cons

      Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
