      Good benefits, big company, very good reputation.

      They eliminate positions and let people go quite often and you hear about it after the fact. No job stability at all.

      No long term employment if US based , no pay raises no bonus they say the pay Telecom industry don't believe. So top heavy the lay off those doing the work Shuffle upper management around and make the worker bees fo more work with no incentive

      Bistro staff are lovely, security staff very friendly and that is literally all I can think of that's any good to say about the place!!

      Cons

      Constant nagging about wrap and adherence Targets impossible to meet Rude and unprofessional management (about 2 or 3 being exempt from this) Constant nagging about wrap and adherence ........ oh and compliance Long working hours Numerous ridiculous procedures on systems etc that you have to do to get the simplest things resolved No chance of progressing unless your fact fits Did I mention the constant harassment regarding wrap, adherence and compliance?????
