HR are far removed from 'reality'. They never fully integrate with operational employees, but prefer to 'preach' from their ivory towers - and that's all levels. It's easy to scythe through the workforce when you have no empathy or even real knowledge of what they do, how they do it and how passionate they are about their roles.
