      Pros

      Working hours are flexible. The company has good team spirit where everyone tends to help out each other to resolve any critical issues. Good benefit package. Company thrives for an internal continuous growth and learning environment.

      Cons

      Although working hours are flexible, you end up working overtime or working global hours since you are dealing with people all over the world. Company's vision/direction changes every two years. Not much career growths.

      Always learning new skills and developing existing skill base to ensure that customers are provided with the best I can give.

      Cons

      I think moving forward BT needs to develop more clarity between departments/offices. This will lead to a greater level of Customer service.
