BT take very seriously a duty of care for there employees,it's a true reflection of the future and BT is seriously pioneering into the future for the betterment of human kind.

I have tried and still trying to find any other way of improvement to BT and every avenue thought of is already covered.

the salary beginning is just above minimum wage. some staff tend to just do enough and no more for minimum wage and look out for better jobs.
