Pros
Pay and benefits are decent enough. But once you are in the door you will quickly go below market. The benefits keep getting cut, pension freezes, elimination and removal of retiree medical. Really talented non-executive people.
Cons
Horribly run company. Senior management is out of touch, incompetence is over-promoted and way over-compensated. Union crews keep getting cut. Investors don’t believe we can execute and the majority of employees don’t believe we can either. Regulators have said we are understaffed, yet our executives keep making cuts year after year to hit targets because they are unable to execute the business strategy. There are some really great employees here, if you are a good employee take this time to find another job before you get cut. If you are another employer reading this post, perfect company to poach!
